Sadly, despite the number of produced shows, it is almost impossible to contact the business in order to obtain a refund or find any arrangements once the show is canceled. I have tried via landline, emails and letters - no results. However, by looking closer one can easily recognize that it has merely a letter-box and not even a real office in Switzerland.Money gone and so was Swan Lake!

Questa azienda (la Signora Natalia come referente) ha sfruttato la nostra consulenza ma non ci ha pagato per intero ma solo mezzo servizio. Mi ritrovo con una fattura insoluta (ovviamente c'era un contratto promo pubblicitario, che purtroppo ha comunque poca valenza)e ore dedicate inutilmente. E' 2 mesi che stiamo tentando inutilmente di farci saldare. State attenti
