Schlechte Bedienung, schicken ungefragt Packete an den Lieferanten zurück. So etwas kompliziertes habe ich noch nie erlebt. Aramex ist in meinen Augen unkompetent und äusserst unzuverlässig! Nie, nie wieder!

Some documents only 10g paid a lot for urgent but AJMAN U.A.E to Switzerland took 7 days. very poor service and unprofessional. Inquiry staff in switzerland very rude,andgave not understandable their excuses, it can be taken till 2 months to clear the customs i am living in switzerland for a long time and that is not the first packet for me from abroad. DHL is best in the world within 72 hours you can get your packet where you are. ARAMEX better keep away from it. you can waste your money and time as well.total waste..... never again

they sended me 1 bill from my package coming from england witch i paid 42.25...a few weeks later another one a reminder supposely of 48.95. really unprofessional i just hope the package gets finally here today cause im not willing to pay again those 48 francs..worst shipping company i ever had.Theyre website tells me the package is in geneva at customs but the Dpd delivery says they bring it today thats in a diffrent city.

A few couple of month ago I received a blank bill with a payment slip. Since I didnt know what the bill was for, I had sent an email through this website to ask for a detailed bill, explaining what the charge was for. I never heard back. A little after that, I received a first warning and payment reminder (again, no explanation for what the bill was for), so I submitted yet again, another email though the site with no response. I called the customer center and the lady on the phone told me that she cannot access the system, but that someone will call me back. No one called. I have now received a second and last warning (again blank) with yet again, 10.-CHF added as late payment (which now sums up to 20.-CHF for late payment fees total. I called the customer center here in Switzerland again and got the same response, she cannot access the system and that someone will call me back shortly. I am very, very angry at this point. I get blank bills with no explanation what they are for and have incurred late fees for something I had tried multiple times to find out what the bill is for.Very poor customer service!

Total SCAM. They hold your goods and demand a ransom - no invoice, no custom papers. I emailed them 3 times and called twice to get an invoice or at least a breakdown of the amount they requested. They totally ignored me. You either pay them or they return the goods to the sender. What a joke. DPD should not use this company.

Sendung aus England über diese Firma erhalten. Alles tipptopp, lückenlose Information wo sich das Paket befindet. Rasche Abwicklung nach Zahlung der Abrechnung für Zollgebühren und MwSt. Zusätzlich Informationen zu Liefermöglichkeiten wie Pickup etc. per Mail vorgeschlagen. So muss Paketdienst sein. Sehr empfohlen!
