I have been there 4 years ago 3-4 times with the other lady, she was super good, I always loves her cut and she very friendly. My husband also went to do haircut with the her every month, we both used to love them. Then we have moved to somewhere very far so we cannot cut with them again till recently that we moved back to Fribourg.The good lady is not there anymore. Currently the staffs in there are not friendly and the hair stylist who did for me was not professional at all, I showed her the photos how I wanted to cut but the outcome was totally disappointed ( I just wanted simple short bob), I asked her to fix it and she cannot do, till her collagaue have to help to fix it but her face not so happy to do for me and kind of bad attitude.In the end I spent about 130 chf (cut and color) and I hate my hair till wanna cry!! My husband also doesn’t likes their attitudes too. We will not go there anymore so, they just lost 2 regular clients :(

La coiffeuse que j'ai eu m'a ruiné mes cheveux. J'ai demandé une coupe de cheveux très simple et le shampoing colorant. Elle a fait une catastrophe avec le foen et elle n'arrivait même pas à régler son erreur. Pour finir j'attendais au moins un rabais pour s'excuser, mais rien!Pas professionnel, je déconseille
