Super tasty food - unprofessional service. Ingredients authentic, fresh and tasty. You would be serviced fast normally, however we had very bad luck and our order just slipped away. Ok... can happen... even in an empty restaurant. But problem was solved very poorly. After seeing that everybody around us was well served we faced the counter. We had to repeat the order twice to have it done, without explanation for the delay. After asking again and complaining bout the still missing spicy sauce we got a half-hearted sorry. Suggest to bring staff up to speed for service quality to meet the quality of food served.

Updated for 2021 - @Everyone: Beware, prices in Switzerland are EVERYWHERE high!Please note, that I have no idea what a Taco or Burrito is supposed to taste, but frankly I do not care that much, all that matters to me is that the food is processed properly & safely and tastes good. Additionally, I do not shy away trying new and unusual stuff.Went in the afternoon, place has now a lot of space and looks great, especially with the theme Día de los Muertos". But probably due to Covid & during workhours it was pretty empty. Staff is nice and you can actually watch them do the orders.The food tasted great to me :) I really like the Tacos and Burritos. There are also some drinks available

12.90 +1.- für Guacamole sind stolze Preise für einen Burrito, der ziemlich klein ist. Man muss lange warten bis man sein Essen bekommt auch wenn nur 3-4 Leute vor einem anstehen (ca. 10min). Ich habe einen Burrito mit Rindfleisch bestellt jedoch bekam ich einen mit Pouletfleisch. Der Burrito war trotzt des Pouletfleisch sehr lecker! Der Laden sollte sich jedoch in der Organisation verbessern damit die „Burritomacher“ wissen was in welchen Burrito kommt. Eventuell könnten sie auch mehr Personal gebrauchen.

Good burritos and tacos. I preferred the Tacos Plaza flavors before it changed over. To Tacos and Chile. I've found the new recipes to be a bit salty. Their hot sauces are actually spicy, unlike other places in Zurich that have no flavor.

Quesedillas waren gut und schmeckten. Die Nachos taugen leider nichts und sind ideenlos.Sehr lange Wartezeiten obwohl der Laden quasi leer war.

Die langweiligsten Tacos meines Lebens. Tut mir leid. Die Bedienung war sehr nett, aber leider kamen alle Zutaten für die 3 Tacos die ich bestellt hatte gefühlt aus der Tube. Sie waren sehr lieblos gemacht. Keine Kräuter, keine Saucen zum selber schärfen zur Auswahl, einfach the bare minimum.Ich empfehle das Cartel. Die geben sich sehr mühe und das Essen ist lecker.

Nicht mehr das, was es einmal war. Ich bin 2-3 Mal hier her gekommen und habe alles geliebt! Die Tacos, der Preis, die Bedienung, alles war perfekt.Jetzt ist leider nur noch das Cola gut. Rind-taco riecht alt und wässrig, Poulet trocken und langweilig.Schade.Nicht weiter zu empfehlen.
