Zimmer bequem und groß, dort fehlt es an nichts! Service und Personal wirkt beim Frühstück langsam und ohne Enthusiasmus. Am Empfang/Check-in wirken einige aber nicht alle arrogant und überheblich. Check-in selbst war ziemlich emotionslos und schnelle Abfertigung.Bei der Tanzveranstaltung war der Boden improvisiert und schlecht aber vermutlich kann das Hotel nichts dafür

I went to eat with my family at the Kamome restaurant. The experience was awesome. The whole team was very kind and ready to take any requests. I recommend the teppanyaki meals. Their very skilled chefs cook in front of you and it’s a delight. It makes you enjoy their quality food even more. Had a great conversation with Jamie one of the chefs. If you hesitate, just give it a try !

Very nice and well kept hotel. Staff welcoming and friendly, place was very clean. Well equipped gym with a brilliant view of the airport. Rooms are spacious and well equipment with good tea and coffee facilities, your own full ironing board and iron, a comfy bed with adjustable firmness and a large bathroom. There is shuttle bus between the hotel and airport, and there is also a tram stop 5 min walk away if you want to venture into town. Negative’s where the breakfast, food was basic and not very nice and the air conditioning was limited in the room, which I always find annoying as I like a cold room to sleep in.

A high-quality hotel. Balancing between great food, extremely clean and large rooms, nice easy-going staff and great facilities. There is extremely quick access to the airport and into town. The food was to the highest standard, choosing between a more local type of restaurant and a specialty Japanese restaurant. The staff was quick, thoughtful and welcoming (a special thanks to Gregory, Samy, Micheal and Renan). Thanks again to the Movenpick of Geneva for a near-perfect stay!

Interesting place to be.. even though I visit multiple times there’s always something new to explore. It’s big, it’s fab and the casino is greatThe staff is friendly helpful and courteous. Great connectivity to airport in 5 mins and they offer free shuttle. P.S. just found out that they have free travel pass of Geneva. It’s truly worth every buck you spend here.The restaurant, the gym and sauna all services are impeccableHighly recommendIf you happen to meet Samy, Maurane or Abdulla at front office you will be greeted pleasantly and they give you all details delightfully.In short home away from home for me.

Everything was good. Just a gentle request as a Muslim, it will be great if the chef uses separate pan to cook eggs as we don't eat ham. The chef used same pan to make my omlet. Which I couldn't eat. Rest everything was amazing. The chef was always smiling and staff were very friendly. Thank you to make my stay comfortable. Will visit again.
