Hotel Freihof SHA Seminarhotel AG

The room is located next to a very busy road: not well rested due to high traffic. There is also sewage cover in the road that cars drive over which creates the noise that resembles a window banging. As it is every time a car passes it is a lot. The pillows are lumpy sacks that provide no support at all. The room is very hot and the only way to cool it down is to turn on a very noisy fan. Also there are lamps everywhere, just not plugged inThe bathroom has two leaking soap dispensers and the vanity kit was empty. The sink drain was clogged so we had to take the plug out with our hands. And if that was not all... After flushing the toilet the button just fell off IN THE TOILET.You cant call this a hotel anymore and this one of the worst places (for 300 euros) that we stayed in.While checking out we told them our points of feedback (end of august) but no response so far.

Zimmer sauber, Personal freundlich, Reception ist leider am anderen Ende des Dorfes, Nachts zu laut da ich den Verkehr nicht gewohnt bin,

The rooms its clean and ok and the space its enough but the problem is that the rooms its without air-conditioning and refrigerator , so the room became sauna and you don't have even a glass of cold water , an other problem its the noise , you open the window to cool down but you can't relax because the hotel its front on a road with traffic !!

Excellent food and service. Will be back.Update: The restaurant no longer is run by the same team and I have not been back since.

Lovely hotel only downside is that there is no elevator here, lugging the luggage up three floors becomes a pain.

Zimmer sauber aber in jedem Zimmer ein lüftungsschacht wodurch man alles hört hatte die ganze Nacht den Fernseher von anderen gehört als ob er neben mir wäre das Frühstück extra für 25 Franken anbieten ist eine Frechheit und man muss noch ins andere Hotel zum Frühstück und zum Check in ich war das erste und letzte mal dort

Alles war super, bloß waren die Zimmer viel zu warm und ließen sich nicht runter regulieren. Die Nacht wurde zur Sauna.

Etwas sehr zentral gelegen (Strassenlärm), aber sonst top. Nach einem kleinen Spaziergang gibt es ein Spitzen-Frühstück im Seehotel,

Nicht empfehlenswert. Zimmer sehr eng. Keine Rezeption. Ich bin mir sicher dass ich bei der Buchung auf den booking com Seiten was von kostenlosem Frühstück gelesen habe. Kostet aber und ist fast 1 km weg. Nie wieder.
