THE place to go in Suisse Romande to buy brewing equipment. They are super friendly, and very reasonably priced. They are also very responsive.The ordering process is a bit convoluted but works well once you do everything right: 1.order on their website 2.wait for the order ready for pick up" confirmation (if you get your equipment delivered you'll now have to wait and pray for the Swiss postal gods to do their thing) 3.call them to make sure they are open 4.pick up your order.They are located in a big warehouse that has a Chevrolet sign

No thanks! I went there to ask for some ingredients. They basically made me look silly saying that they're not a supermarket. I should have ordered 48h before. Unfortunately they had no time for my request, despite the fact that nobody was over there that time. This behavior in mind, I wouldn't ever order there! There seem to be no flexibility at all.
