Mi ricordo bene della telefonata e dei consigli in quell'ambito. Ho messo in pratica i consigli sull'alimentazione. Adesso mangio sempre verdura mentre prima non lo facevo. Mi sveglio sempre presto ma poi recupero nel pomeriggio. Non è che faccia molto movimento come consigliato ma in compenso leggo molti libri e audiolibri.Da un punto di vista spirituale non so se sono cresciuto, comunque c'è tempo per migliorare.Ormai è diverso tempo che siamo in contatto ed ho interiorizzato diverse cose :Love your self, Be your self etc.Sono sempre in trattamento farmacologico. In breve il tuo aiuto e la tua gentilezza devo dire che mi hanno aiutato
