Quick reaction for an emergency. Was efficient to solve the problem eventough was not easily accessible and required more time than expected. Was also kind enough to offer some parts to even improve the installation (that I will do on DIY mode).Great job !

Competent, kind and honest work! We had a really problematic plumbing issue involving 40 year old plumbing and pipe cracks without access. Mr Pereira went above an beyond to solve the problem and did a great job! He's our person to call for any plumbing issue.I'd like to address the only two bad reviews the person has ever had, which involve late response. In this region it is really hard to find dependable and quality specialists, so the ones that are known as good are often in high demand and overworked, so I would not be this critical if only the communication is the issue. (In our case he responded very quickly)
