Le mécanicien nous a dépanné un samedi matin suite à un soucis sur un de nos vélos et nous dit même qu’il n’y a rien besoin de payer. Jolie entraide entre passionnés ! Je recommande !

Structure familiale, profitez de prendre un rendez-vous pour un conseil personalisé. Vente et service aprés-vente de très bonne qualité, professionnalisme à tous les niveaux. Je recommande cette enseigne pour les gammes routes et vtt.

Very poor service. Very unprofessional and aggressive behaviour.Purchased a part in stock which did not fit. The owner did not want to exchange and order another part without taking the bike in-store and charge for the service (measurement, mounting). The owner aggressively kicked me out of the store when asking for a refund.Don't buy/leave your bike in this store. My experience is confirmed by other cyclists who also had a bad experience.
