Sylvain est un coach sportif comme on peut en rêver: motivant, professionnel, souriant, poussant vers le dépassement de soi tout en respectant les limites. J’aime ces rendez-vous avec des exercices de remise en forme inédits, pour retrouver et garder la forme quand on fait un travail sédentaire. À conseiller vivement!
