I strongly advise against buying anything from the store in Thun. One salesperson in particular, a blonde woman with fake tan and blue eyeswhose name I don't remember, was the rudest person I have encountered in a long time. Not only did she act very artificial and arrogant, she also tried to sell me a perfume for CHF 144 when actually it was displayed for around thirty francs less in Marionnaud's online store. Please look into it and review her properly.

Very rude and very unfriendly sales person. (She had a very long last name, I can’t remember what it was). I had the worst experience in Thun store. My husband and I waited for 10 minutes at the check out dest and when she finally came to the register , she served the other customer before me as I confronted her she told me I didn’t need any help when I came in so she will finish helping the other customers first. I walked out without purchasing anything and it did not even bother her. I am a customer card holder as well. No wander that the store is empty. I am very disappointed that the management heir this kind of help. The price is high the service is bad. I bought the same thing in another store with a wonderful service and lots of free sample items.

Gute Produkte , aber sehr schlechte Service . Jelena Rakovac war sehr arrogant und behandelte mich sehr schlecht . Wenn ich euch wäre , würde ich sie rausschmeissen , sodass ihr in Zukunft noch Kunden habt . Niemand hat es verdient so behandelt zu werden .
