Signs in tram doesn't work, it's Swiss quality of life , i suppose. Passengers 18 tram, asking what's the stop?,))) Funny. More like Russian quality of life))

Rude drivers (not all, but a good part). Everybody in Geneva know their reputation. Services always late and crowded. As a result, I'm now taking the car. Thanks Tpg

I am amazed at how much TPG has grown the tram network. There are so many lines and it's such an efficient mode of transport. The trams are quiet and clean, and even during holiday schedule there is little wait time. TPG is world class.

If the tram is not late, they come even 3mins in advance. Somebody wrote here, it is not synced with google maps properly, the problem is on the tpg side.

Often busses/trams are very delayed or don't show up at all. Even with good traffic conditions... Get your act together.Edit: removed a star...

TPG as a public transport is definitely good service, trams and buses are usually right on schedule.The procedure of buying the abonement for a month is overcomplicated, I do not understand the necessity of a full registration of the visitor (including id-document and valid home address in Geneva) to buy an ordinary one-month abonement. Working address (like CERN) can not be registered. Banks, shops e.t.c can send the correspondence for me to the CERN address, while TPG can't.

TPG is a joke. Worst service in Switzerland. No one cares about the quality of service. TPG should promote an efficient network. Instead, they make you question why you didn't take a car. Pathetic.
