Building is nice, as is the service, but some aspects need updates (e.g., laundry facility). Neighborhood is quite loud, most nights, yet very picturesque.

I was staying on EMA House for 3 months, and enjoyed my stay. Staff was very helping.I recommend this to anyone visiting Zurich and planning to have studio appartment. Best for families and expats.
