HORRIBLE. I traveled so far to come to this town, it was always a dream of mine to come to Lauterbrunnen. Only to find out people are rude. I came inside this gift shop because I saw some tshirts outside on display ...I was actually planing on taking a total of 5. I go inside the store....no one greeted me, no one asked me if I need help. I went to the T-shirt section and as soon as I grabbed one of the tshirts an extremely rude lady stops me and says “NO NO NO, DON’T TOUCH ANYTHING IM CLOSING IN 10 minutes, YOU CAN ONLY LOOK. DONT TOUCH!”The way she talked to me made me want to cry. It was very disappointing how such a beautiful place Can have such rude people (she wasn’t the only one, sadly). So no don’t go inside this store, SKIP IT, Take your money somewhere else where they can appreciate the effort and investment you made to visit Lauterbrunnen.

Good selection of cute Swiss souvenirs. Prices were very reasonable for Swiss standards and the shop owner was nice.
