Forget about it this place - super rude, unfriendly and untrained staff I would avoid if I wanted a professional médical treatment. Seem to find it bothersome when you ask them for simple information when interested to find out further information. Someone needs to train their staff on customer service because each person I spoke to was rude, unhelpful and uninformed. My free consultation was performed by someone who simply seemed to have no clue with zero medical background - not much confidence in them with my skin. In addition, when I asked for further information about who would be performing the treatment- as in the actual doctors- couldn’t tell me anything which I found slightly alarming. Pity really I was super motivated to do the treatment but I will go elsewhere after these interactions… avoid at all costs

my friend was operated for hair in that clinic.he said the staff were türkish and don't even know how to speak english. I am not racist i'm TÜRKISH myself and I was operate in Türkiye for hair too and it was a messvery bad idea i am a practical nurse and they practice illegal stuff in your head.why are they here ?!sorry but i have to tell people it's not RIGHT

We had a great preparation and welcome session with the whole team.

We showed up to our appointment on time and no one was there. The clinic was closed (?!) and nobody picked up our calls. Such an unprofessional business. How difficult is it to send an e-mail or make a call to let a client know in advance?!

Im disappointed in the lack of personal touch at hair and skin.You feel like just a number, every time it’s a different junior doctor that is doing the treatment. There are nice don’t take me wrong.But my last session was horrible. The doctor that came was rude and aggressive in the treatment. I told her multiple time to be more gentle, to be more careful but she kept going without changing the intensity. I had multiple blood area on my scalp which didn’t happen with the other doctor. And some of my little veins on the nose got properly damaged.So if you’re lucky you end up with someone professional that knows what he/she is doing otherwise it can be very damaging.
