Rike ist eine sehr freundliche und sympathische Person. Dies widerspiegelt sich auch in Ihrer Arbeit aus. Sie hört stets zu und setzt das genau um, was der Kunde sich wünscht und dem jetzigen Trend entspricht :-)

I am soooooo happy that I have found a salon within the Zürich area that uses Paul Mitchell products. I have previously had Cancer & I am very particular about what products I use especially on my head and have had the same colour for well over 10 years in the UK at the same salon.As my German is still not great I emailed Frau Rike Eigenmann asking if it is possible to use the same hair colour volume as I have had previously, which it was.I have been to Piccolina a few times now and the service and the care that she provides is amazing. Frau Eigenmann's attention to detail is incredible and she spends time on your hair until she is 100% satisfyed.My German is still not great but we are able to make conversation.If you would like time for yourself and a relaxing experience I would 100% recommend this salon in Kloten.The location is so easy to get to as it is only one bus stop away from Zürich airport.
