I sent money last July 1st and the money still did not arrive till July 6th.No information was given to me when they have 6 days to inform me about this.6 DAYS!I sent a message on July 4th 3 days after)on the Small transfers Whatsapp chatroom.No response.(3rd time it happened to me but this 3rd time was the worst)Why can't you you inform you client??Just INFORM.This could have been better than a nightmare!I wish I was aware because this money was intended for the medicines and needs of my sick mom in the Philippines! On July 6, I have to make a way so the medicines would be bought!Furthermore,when they called me for status update and resend,after that phone call ,I called back just to request for a cancellation after 15 seconds because WE DECIDED TO TAKE BACK THE MONEY.I had enough headache and I just want out.At this point we dont want their service in anyway anymore!BUT THEN SHE SAID TOO LATE ,ALREADY SENT.VERY RUDELY.Challenged me to go there amidst my busy day to complain.They called me back and said the it's possible to return the money.The agent lied that I called back was very very rude.Zero costumer service ! After all that,i really got mad! THE 8 DAYS WAIT FOR THIS TRANSFER AND I DON'T HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT HAPPENED TO THE MONEY IF I HAVE NOT RETURNED.(3 times total!) I am still asking for an email and number of there boss but no reply.Mind you this is not a huge misunderstanding,This is a case of very poor costumer service and costumer recovery.After that very bad phone call,They decided to cancel the transaction which is possible! and I got my MONEY back yesterday July 8.I wish to never experience this kind of service again (and No other clients too, in fact) and people to owe up from their mistakes and not lie.Inform you clients accordingly with theb status of transfer.The way they handled the process aggravated me.The least that any busy costumer needs.We entrusted you with our money.This is very sad because I have been a client for 2 years now.I will never come back.To the higher management, take this matters seriously.This is no JOKE.Thank you.

der Kundendienst sagt immer sein System sei down". die vor 2 Monaten für 30 CHF beglaubigte Kopie des Personalausweises ist schon bei der 2. Ueberweisung nicht mehr gültig - d.h. nochmal machen. Das System speichert einfach nicht den Transferauftrag und bringt auch keine Fehlermeldung. die Suche nach "Schweizer Filialen" auf der Karte ist unmöglich
