Siech Cycles

Der gestrige Empfang bei Siech im Geschäft an der Langstrasse war sehr herzlich. Die kompetente Beratung und die Geduld von Michael mit meiner Tochter war sehr gut und dazu sehr sympathisch. In diesem Sinne haben wir gestern ein Siech Velo gekauft und konnten noch am selben Tag damit rauslaufen. Top!

Hatte einen platten auf dem Weg ins Letten.Ist sich zu fein mal schnell einen Schlauch zu wechseln. „hast du das Velo bei uns gekauft“Wenn man eine Velo Laden aufmacht, dann kann man auch mal etwas fürs Quartier und Gesellschaft tun. Was hätte sich diese Bewertung dann gleich ganz anders angehört.

I give this two stars because the bike is actually nice but the customer service is a nightmare.I ordered my bike online as I live nowhere near Zurich. As I unpacked it and started assembling I noticed the screw holding the front brakes totally destroyed. It was shipped that way. I was supposed to unscrew it in order to add the mud guard (as per instructions) but nothing worked.When I contacted support they basically told me “oh no, it does seem destroyed” go to a mechanic or get a special tool to fix it. I did not like the idea of paying extra for something they did wrong (and provide guarantee for) and told them so. Their next brilliant solution was to send me a new screw because they think I broke it even though I’ve always maintained I had nothing to do with the damage of the screw. The screw came… well screwed.And I still have no front mud guard or possibility to add a basket without dealing with the screw.The attached photo is the screw before I did any attempts to fix it.I’m done with them, not gonna buy anything more as i am fully disappointed at the unprofessional customer service. I’ve bought 3 bikes from them so far as I have a growing child. They lost a customer.Update: After more than a month nothing more has been done. The promise in Google was not followed by any action. The last email I received from them was full of apologies but there was no solution to my problem yet again. I didn’t even bother replying. They didn’t even sent me a screw.

Loved the experience at Siech Cycles. Amazing quality of product, reasonable prices (also for accessories) and super friendly staff. 10 out of 10!

Siech Cycles liefert neben tollen und stylischen Fahrrädern auch eine super Atmosphäre und guten Service. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meine Siech und finde es immer sehr angenehm und fühle mich gut beraten und aufgehoben wenn ich den Shop besuche.

Neben tollen Velos steht die Dienstleistungs- und Serviceerbringung im Vordergrund. Es ist eine Freude so engagierte, kompetente und visionsorientierte Team Mitglieder zu treffen - „eifach geili Sieche“

Optisch Top, Qualitativ ein Flopp:Habe die erste kleine Ausfahrt mit meinem neuen Siech gemacht: Meine Hände sind schwarz vom Griff! Die Farbe lösst sich und das Velo ist noch keine 3 Tage alt. Der Gepäckträger hat ein Plastikelement, bei welchem die Schraube, das Gewind bereits kaputt gemacht hat. Im ersten gang schlägt die Kette an den Kettenschutz.Hammer schöne Velos, aber schade, dass die Qualität nicht höher ist.

I dropped my bike in the evening for handlebar replacement, fixing the gears, check up of brakes and oiling the chain and the bike was ready by lunch the next day. Without an appointment. Great mechanic guy, super fast and friendly service
