My husband and I had a wonderful time in Switzerland during our 2 weeks holiday in May! We booked the tour 3 years ago and it got delayed due to the pandemic. Somba is very helpful and responsive throughout the period, and she did a great job in planning the detailed itinerary that meets our requirements. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand, and we love the choice of hotel which are all conveniently located. I was trying to plan a Switzerland trip for our family of 7 (adult children, spouses, and a 2 year old grandson) and was very overwhelmed with the logistics from trains to how close the towns were and how much we could fit into our time. Lisa was able to follow our budget, make suggestions, give detailed directions from train stations to hotels, purchase our Swiss rail passes, and was on call the entire time we were there! We were stuck in Annecy on a day trip and couldn’t figure out how to use their train ticket machine, I panicked, and she called me immediately. We could not have done this without her. We loved all of the hotels and whenever I wanted to add on or change something in our itinerary during the planning stage, she responded within hours and made our changes. If she was out of the office, she provided me with another agents contact info. Our trip was so much fun and we couldn’t have done everything on our own. Stress free (except for our France day trip ha ha) Excellent restaurant suggestions. I highly recommend them for your personalized Switzerland trip!

Awesome experience with Pepe Strub and Magic Switzerland when I used their company for a group tour of the best of Switzerland last May/early June 2022. Everything worked like clockwork in Switzerland and Pepe was very attentive to our group as our tour guide escort. He became like a friend to my group, was trustworthy, and fair and in his pricing.
