La consultation est très cher ,surtout ce n'est pas raisonnable . ils ont facturé deux fois le même montant une fois pour l'étude de dossier en notre absence et une fois juste pour annoncer le résultat (environ 5min consultation).

Attention : nous somme en SUISSE !!!!??????J'ai était mal conseillé, si non jamais dans cette centre.La 2 eme visit chez mon médecin soit disent traitant elle savait meme pas pour quoi je suis la, pour tant c'est elle qui ma donner le RDV, et j'ai du lui rappeler la raison de ma visit, elle écrit tres bien sur son ordi sans écouter.Autre jour je suis allez en urgence, nous étions une 20 de personne dans une petite sale mal aérer bonjour les maladies"

I give the center 4 out of 5 for the following reasons: very clean center and the nurses and doctors are very professional and attentive. They took me without appointment which was amazing. Big thanks to doctor Pinter.The bad star is for the administration where I had to ask 4 times for an attestation, as well, the fact that myself and all patients in the waiting room were hearing all my patterns (they were speaking very loud regards my name, my health problem etc). I disliked it a lot as it made me feel uncomfortable.

Arranged an appointment with 2 weeks notice for their orthopedic specialist. Two days before they changed the time of the appointment and then with less than 24 hrs notice they changed the location and time of the appointment - which then I could not make because I could not reorganize my other commitments at such short notice. The only other slot they could offer me was 2 weeks later - unacceptable given the pain I was in. Completely unserious, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and not a care for patients’ wellbeing.
