Minimal at best, dirty and falling apart. No information whatsoever, at 8.15pm everything was closed. Mostly people going around asking the bus drivers..

This is nothing more than a parking lot for buses / bus stop, not a bus station. There are no staff to help you, nor any signs or indicators, you have to look out for the buses yourself and make sure you board the right one before it leaves - just like a regular bus stop. There is no roof covering which is a pain when it is raining. There is a small waiting room with a ticket booth during the day, but it's better to book your tickets via the bus operator online directly. There are no toilets nor shops to buy snacks or drinks, our of hours the nearest thing is a macdonalds about 5 mins walk away near the Geneva main train station. Just think bus stop bus stop bus stop and you will won't be surprised when you get here.

Première fois dans ma vie que je l’utilise pour prendre un bus pour l’aéroport de Lyon. Quel horreur d’endroit, une vrai honte pour Genève. Endroit totalement à l’abandon, sale, installations detruites, services hygiéniques precaires. C’est un endroit qui attire la precarité et ou l’on ne se sent pas en securité. Et tout ça au plein coeur de la ville.

Gare routière d'une mocheté sans nom en plein milieu d'une si belle ville. Aucune sécurité dans le parking puisque pas de passages pour les piétons, aucune organisation non plus, salle d'attente fermée hors horaires ce qui fait que pas de bancs les gens sont obligés de s'asseoir par terre, aucun affichage des horaires enfin bref une honte !

Der Bahnhof an sich ist ein kleiner Parkplatz im Zentrum von Genf. Ich bin um 4:20 Uhr da ausgestiegen und musste noch bis um 5 Uhr auf die Abholung warten. Nicht mal, dass es keine Sitzmöglichkeit da gibt, fast alle Bänke im kleinen Park gegenüber waren alle mit betrunkenen Schweizern afrikanischer Herkunft belelgt, die sehr laut dieskutierten. Von einer Bank ging einer um den Busch und gab der Natur über den gleichen Weg nur rückwerts alles zurück, was er vorher gegesen/getrunken hatte. Sich auf die Bank daneben zu setzen und da warten war vielleicht nicht gefärlich, aber äußerst unangenehm. Dann ging ich wieder zum Busbahnhof rüber. Außer mir wartete da noch eine junge Frau auf ihre Abholung, die gleich von den bettelnden Obdachlosen angesprochen war. Es möge auf mich, einen großen erwachsenen Mann alles nur dreckig und laut einwirken. Auf jemanden, der sich nicht so sicher in diesen Situationen fühlt aber sogar beängstigend.

Don't trust the schedule in the window. Flixbus hours are not being updated and some are wrong !!! They told me they often change"and that is for them a valid reason."

Tiene la ventaja de estar muy céntrica. Tiene muy pocos servicios. No hay no siquiera un expendedor automático de bebidas. Tiene baños químicos.

Très sale… pas assez de siège pour attendre. Mais accessible, proche de la gare ferroviaire et avec des employés qui sont serviables

The bus terminal is not far from Geneva main train station. There is a mobile toilet but very dirty, so don't use it if possible. Flixbus running between Geneva and Annency is excellent as it is on time and only runs only between these two destinations. Buy tickets online in advanced. The flixbus running from Geneva to Lyon is horrible because the bus comes frome Germany and the road conditions is unpredictable and can be delayed easily. We waited for two hours to Lyon and the bus was still in Germany, so we bought Ouibus in the ticket office to Lyon. Between Geneva and Lyon, take Ouibus as Geneva is its first stop and there is no delay. Also, we contacted Flixbus for a refund, no reply, no results.

Nichts speziales. Ein normaler Busbahnhof. Etwas schmutzig. Der braucht eine Wiederaufbau, damit auch die Zone lustiger wird.
