TCM kangtai Zürich - Praxis beim Hauptbahnhof

Unprofessional staff. Charged me for sessions I never booked. They place you on future appointments and book you without consent. Then, charge you to make money without the client knowing. Very dishonest. Looks like many customers are experiencing their dishonest practices in other reviews. I have to take legal action. Too bad.

I was under treatment of Mrs. Rachel Fang for 10 times. as I registered I said that I have the Zusatzversicherung Visana and if their center and the treating person is certified, they said no problem. I started the treatment until the bill of nearly 1000 Swiss francs came and Visana did not pay because Mrs. Fang was not Visana-Certified. It was a big disappointment. As I contacted Mrs. Fang to get an explanation she reassured me that she is a qualified tradionial medicine treantment person but without Visana certification and as I said that I had a Zusatzversicherung for tjese cases and why her situation was not clearly explained to me, she did not answer and blocked the conversation. Later on I received a new bill for 170 Swiss Francs issued through Aertzekasse, I wrote a letter but got no answer but a new reminder bill!!!A great disappointment. I do not absolutely recommend a center with such attitude towards the patients and clients :-(((((((
