We ordered a christmas tree this year..it was delivered damaged with broken trenches and with a way too small pot for such a tree. It can be seen that they cut of the roots and put it in a small pot. The tree was more or less dead when arrived in a pretty bad shape. Would not buy again from them

They charge you a fortune for a mini sapin. This is a joke !! last time I order here.

We ordered for the first time at ecosapin. I was honestly a bit skeptical beforehand, since the overall service is not very cheap and because I saw some bad reviews.But we wanted to try it out for ourselves anyway. And in the end we were happy we did, because we were not disappointed! Neither with our little christmas tree nor with the delivery and pickup service.The tree was delivered on the day it was supposed to (we didn't specify a time since we are flexible). It arrived in a good quality, the tree was very dense and looked healthy. We ordered a small one.It stayed with us for about a month and left as healthy looking as it arrived (as you can see in the pictures attached) since we tried our best to take good care of it.During that time it was barely needling which was a definite plus.The price appears a bit high, yes, but since you mainly pay for the delivery and pickup, for us very conveneient since we live 50km away and don't have a car, it seems justified. And the concept of replanting is very nice and important. So we can definetly recommend the service and will order again.

Wir waren nicht zufrieden und ich schreibe normalerweise auch keine Rezensionen. Der Baum war ok, war aber kaum auseinanderzubringen. Wahrscheinlich weil er sehr lange in zusammengepacktem Zustand vorher war. Das Schlimmste aber war die gemietete Deko für CHF 65 (wir haben es für die Ferienwohnung benutzt). Sehr billig und voll mit Glitter. Die gesamte Box war durchtränkt mit Silberglitter. Ich bin sehr umweltbewusst und benutze deswegen ecosapin. Dann eine Box voller Mikroplastik zu erhalten, hat mich schockiert. Wir haben es nicht benutzt, denn der ganze Mikroplastik wäre ja dann wieder im Wald, wenn er wieder eingepflanzt wird, was ja die ursprüngliche Idee ist. Der Rest gab uns, dass der Abholtag als 6. Januar angegeben wurde und am 4. Januar gab es eine SMS und Email, dass am 5. Januar abgeholt wird. Ohne Begründung oder so und wir mussten umplanen, da ich bei unserer Mietwohnung nicht alles den ganzen Tag draussen stehen lassen kann, ohne dass es geklaut oder weggestellt wird. Werde definitiv nicht mehr bei ecosapin bestellen.

Super service j’ai toujours eu de super beaux sapins depuis 3 années consécutifs je commande leurs sapins. En espérant qu’ils reprennent bien lorsqu’ils les replantes en terre. Légère odeur et couleur des aiguilles très belles. Bonne qualité, aucun problème de livraison. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas plus de choix en date pour le retour du sapin j’aurai aimé en profiter une semaine de plus.

Not recommended... Beautiful idea, but very bad service! We wanted to have this year an alive and sustainable Christmas tree, and that's how we've found Ecosapin. We ordered the 160/180cm fir from their nicely looked website. Unfortunately, the further experience was different than expected. First of all, nobody rang the door while delivery (we were home) and we found the tree few hours later. From the very first moment we noticed, the tree was VERY DRY! The huge amount of needles was falling every day (more than from any cut tree we had before)! It didn't help to put it far from the heaters and generously water every day - the tree was in a very bad shape from the beginning. After 3 weeks it became completely dry. But the worse is yet to come. On the pickup day, we prepared a tree and left it outside. Nobody came! After an e-mail and not very pleasant call, they finally picked it up the day after. One more thing to mention: The tree had a suspicious label from a big Swiss retailer, and the Ecosapin logo was glued on the top of it. Sustainable? Hard to say. We can only say we regret we didn't check the Google reviews before ordering. And the fact that some reviews are written by their employees is also very strange... Our recommendation: Stay away from this company!

overall good service and communication. The tree is delivered by an outsourced driver I believe and I guess this year they have took on too many orders as the tree got delivered late afternoon, while before I always received it early morning. The tree is good shape and good quality. Recommended service.

It’s my second time ordering from them.The first time dating back 2015. I got the most uneven, lopsided tree. It was replaced promptly by a better one, yet not perfect.A couple of days ago they delivered another one that still wasn’t up to standard. I sent them a picture and contacted customer service. They very kindly and shortly sent a delivery guy (that by chance was in my neighborhood) and he offered me a replacement tree that was equally subpar. I refused it so he picked up the first tree and left.I was refunded 90 out of 140. So basically it cost me 50chf to have an ugly tree in my living room for two days.The customer care representative was very kind but I spoke to the person in charge that was much less understanding and unwilling to compromise.I love the concept of the replantable trees but their quality is subpar and the customer experience leaves a lot to be desired.It left a bad state in my mouth and I’ve been very disappointed by them. I won’t order from them anymore.

Après un premier contact avec la société Ecosapin, nous avons passé notre commande. Nous avons reçu un très beau sapin quelques jours avant la date programmée. Les décorations louées étaient à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le sapin a bien tenu et est reparti ce matin. Un process facile, parfait pour ceux qui n'ont pas de voiture permettant de transporter un sapin ou d'accès à une déchetterie pour l'évacuer après les fêtes. Le service client est réactif. Nous avons du mal à justifier la mauvaise note globale sur Google, nous sommes très exigeants et avons été pleinement satisfaits. Le tarif n'est pas donné, mais pour le temps gagné grâce à la livraison et au retrait du sapin, ça vaut largement la dépense.
