Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. The place is hard to find and I did not find parking lot. Was 8 mins to late. When arriving I openend the door and she was shouting „why are you late“; „I call you“; „you 8 mins late…“. Extremely unfriendly. I could not say one word she started shouting at me. So she started being very rude and I could not even answer, I was shocked, but did not say 1 bad word. Never had such experience before. And I am never having problems with people as I am always friendly. I don’t understand this terrible behavior because of course I pay for one hour if I am late it’s my fault. This lady has not understood that customers should be treated nicely. I think she still lives in another culture or has very big problems. Of course I don’t accept and told her that she is crazy with such a very bad behavior and I left immediately. Very senseless because of course I would have apologized for delay and of course I would have paid for the whole hour (including good tip). Very bad experience, sorry for the lady who ist in a very bad condition. But I was very perplex and did not say 1 bad word. Maybe the massage serviced are not serious, this I don’t know, but could explain why a „normal customer“ is not interesting and can be treated like that. Avoid that place. very bad customertreatment

Die Rücken-Nacken-Schulter-Massage bei Pimmy war sehr professionell, löste die Verspannungen und war trotzdem sehr angenehm. Auch der Rest des Körpers wurde einbezogen und auch gut gedehnt. Das Studio ist sehr schön eingerichtet und der Service ist super. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann Pimmy nur empfehlen.

Hier kommst du nicht wie eine Ölsardine raus :-)Competente, delicato ed eseguito con amore. Massaggio olio-relax di 60 o 90 minuti, ad esempio. Perfetto per anima, corpo e muscoli. Qui non uscirai fuori come una sardina nell'olio :-)

Die Betreiberin legt sehr großen Wert auf die Abgrenzung von Schmuddel-Thaimassagen und ihre Deep-Tissue Massagen regen die körpereigenen Regenerations- und Heilkräfte in unübertroffener Weise frei. Ich besuche SamuiThai Massaggiatrice regelmäßig und kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Ich bin etwa 20 x 90 min. zur Massage bei Pimsupar gewesen im letzten halben Jahr.Sie macht eine sehr gute und professionelle traditionelle Thaimassage!Beim nächsten Mal nehme ich 120 min.Wenn ich am Freitag komme, kann ich durch diese tolle Massage vom Stress der Woche entspannen und mich auf ein entspanntes Wochenende freuen.

Great Thai massage for a great price! Would have liked it a bit more intensive...but I would definitely go back!

I booked a massage and had something come up at work and couldn’t make it, so I tried to reschedule for 2 days after. The woman started yelling at me in a very agressive way saying I need to pay for the massage. She then had a man call me to and threatened to call the police. Saying that in Switzerland you cannot cancel an appointment without paying. You should maybe think about putting your cancellation policy on your website and warn guests beforehand. No need to lie about Swiss law.Regardless, I wouldn’t want someone with such negative and agressive energy massaging me.I hope her massage is better than her service.
