The most complicated return process! For the refund I was asked to send photos of the product and receipt. Then I was told I needed to send another email stating when I would be returning the product. No one answered so I sent a reminder, at which point I was told that refunds were not possible when the reason was a change of mind, because it was a matter of personal taste". Whatever that means... The person didn't even bother to read the email thread before responding... I was outraged so I called them. The woman just giggled... The return worked in the end but I will never be buying anything there ever again. It was a complete waste of my time!"
