Très bonne 1ère expérience dans ce magasin. J'y suis allé pour choisir un cadeau pour ma fille et la vendeuse (asiatique) m'as accueilli avec le sourire, as pris le temps de répondre à toute mes questions et m'aiguiller. Je recommande vivement !

This review is for the Peruvian lady only! She is absolutely racist. She speaks down to clients and acts stuck up as if she works at a high end store. She was very disrespectful. She sold us the wrong moonswatch and blamed it on us as if we knew the names of the planets each watch represent.I wish I knew her name but she’s the only racist Latin woman in the store. You will see her. Arrogant. Talks to you like she has no time to waste. Apparently from the reviews she treats others the same way. Sad she is still employed anywhere.

خدمة جيدة وتعاملهم رائع، أشتريت منهم ساعة مون سواتش التي سببت ضجة عالمية حيث أطلقت الشركتين العريقتين أوميغا و سواتش ساعة مون سواتش بقيمة بمتناول يد جميع شرائح المجتمع 250 يورو حيث تعد سواتش مون نسخة جديدة من ساعة سبيدر ماستر الذي يبلغ ثمنها 6796 دولار، و تتنوع الساعات الى 11 نوع و تعبر عن الكواكب.

Nice place with great selection of Swatch models. Bought two watches here. The Japanese guy staff was very polite and helpful. However the Chinese lady staff was very moody and impolite. The another man was rude too. Best of luck in getting a good customer service here.

La atención de ayer día 4 de agosto de los cuatro empleados de esta tienda a las 18.55h fue nefasta, no nos quisieron atender, supongo que ya tendrían ganas de cerrar. Entramos preguntando por la linea OMega Swatch y no nos dijeron ni hola solo que por hoy habian acabado. Sobretodo por parte del personal oriental que había.No lo recomiendo para nada en cambio la tienda de Rue de Montblanc la dependienta fue muy amable.

Excellent accueil ! Arrivé ce soir juste avant la fermeture, j'ai été trés bien reçu par un personnel attentif et sympathique qui a pris le temps de me renseigner et qui m'a proposé la montre qui me convenait. Je suis reparti tout à fait satisfait.

Very impolite elder saleswoman. I bought two watches and after paying she asked me if I want gift boxes for them. I just asked if I will pay extra for them, she rudely repeated that I would take ten of them, if they are free. I kept every time saying: For what I would need ten, I just need two for the two watches. Also when I asked about the warranty, she replied very aggressively. Shame on Swatch customer service!

Horrible service. The staff responded wothout looking at the face, apparently they were very busy (no other clients, only us). Of course we will not come back in the future. In Manor, much more friendly.
