GLANDON Apartments «Messe»

Not recommended. They don't want to reimburse the deposit even after confirming in writing there was no problem upon check out. Rented with them from 6 September to 5 October, check out was fine with nothing to be charged to me. They said they will reimburse the deposit within 2-3 weeks. No money was returned by now after multiple follow up.

Lovely apartments in a great location. The apartments are tastefully decorated and clean. You can do laundry whenever you want and it doesn't cost anything to use the washer/dry, which is not the case at other short-term rentals. The location is great as it is centrally located and one can do everything by foot. I never took a tram in 3 months! I have stayed at the Clarastrasse location several times and will go back there again when I need a place to stay in Basel.

Absolutely recommended for anyone who is traveling to Basel for a period longer than a month and needs a place to stay on a short notice. The staff is very friendly and helpful and can guide and help with almost all your issues. Location is fantastic, the apartment is fully furnished, the bed is comfortable and room is well equipped will all that is necessary for your stay.Keep it up guys.
