I was there in office today by 9:00 am. I have booked a van online 2 hours earlier, but did not have a booking confirmation on email.I was told that could not drive with my European driving license because I have living in Switzerland more than a year so I wanted to cancel the booking (even she said it's not confirmed and maybe they have no availability).The blonde old lady in office wanted to charge me full amount of rental 131chf, but I read the maximum charges should be 75chf.In this case, the policy if booking is not confirmed is cancelation free of charge.Bad customer service by lady in the office. I recommend other offices or companies.

The personnel are very business straight to the point they will get you in and get you. The only complaint I have I wish they would check the wipers on the vehicles because most of the time their ineffective. At least they have been for me the last few times I've rented. And that's the reason they didn't get five Stars.

Don’t rent here. They took 350 € is a guarantee and employee told me it will take 3 days work to return the money for you. I spent 6 days and nothing is returning. So thank you on your honest.

The older lady who was working on Saturday was super rude. My reservation never made it to them so i was standing there with no car. She just argued with me instead of helping me and my situation. No understanding or willingness from her side. The younger blonde lady was super nice but couldn't say anything

Habe zum ersten Mal ein Auto über Europcar gemietet. Lief Alles korrekt und einwandfrei ab; die Damen an der Laupenstrasse waren freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent.Benötige in einigen Wochen wiederum einen Wagen und werde sehr gerne erneut über Europcar Bern buchen. Aus meiner Sicht, bitte weiter so, Kundenservice top, wurde als Kunde, Mensch wahr - und ernstgenommen.

Do not rent here. Although the beginning of the experience was pleasant, I was very disappointed that the return car policy was not clearly explained. We were told (in English) that you could drop the keys after 1pm as we rented the car at 12:30p.m. and it closes at 1230p.m. when the car should be returned so it would not be a problem if you were late. We initially thought this would be great to rent from this facility as they gave such flexibility in when to return the car. We came to drop our keys in the box and found the facility open and were surprised and went in. They then charged us almost $200 extra for 3.5 hrs past the 12:30 time--the rental for 3 days was originally 379.75 and our charge was now $553.53). I would leave no star if I could. Extremely upsetting. I would never recommend or rent from them as they have misleading information in what felt like an attempt to charge us more.

Es lief immer alles korrekt und einwandfrei ab.Die Mitarbeiter:innnen an der Laupenstrasse waren alle freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent.Für mich als Kunde stimmt bei Europcar alles! Fahrzeue alle Top, Preis/Leistung auch ok und Kundenbetreuung sehr gut.Vielen Dank an die Mitarbeiter:innen an der Laupenstrasse. Komme sehr gerne wieder!
