We used Alpine Nanny twice during our stay in Zermatt and would highly recommend them to any family looking for child care during the day or for the evening. They were so good to our daughter and did so many different activities during the day. Alpine Nanny is also very good at keeping you updated on what they’re doing and where they are as you are out and about. We know we will be back to Zermatt and will immediately reserve time with them; not just so we are able to ski but because our daughter loved it so much it added to her vacation.

Wir waren im August in Zermatt. Da wir einen Heli-Rundflug geschenkt bekommen haben, haben wir für diese Zeit jemand für unsere 1-jährige Tochter gesucht. Im Internet sind wir auf Alpine-Nanny gestoßen. Diese wurde uns auch von unserem Hotel empfohlen.Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert, Catherine ist sehr sehr nett. Auch unsere Tochter hat sich bei ihr wohlgefühlt.Catherine, vielen vielen Dank, dass wir durch dich unser Hochzeitsgeschenk einlösen konnten!!!!

A great service! We called on friday , were able to meet Satty that day and the kids loved her from the beginning on. We had an amazing day skiing while Satty took great care of our two girls (4y.&1y). Satty was very professional, nice and caring, and did everything we‘d ask her to do (nap times, lunch etc.). It was a bit hard emotionally to let the kids with a stranger but all was fine. I highly recommend this service.

Has been using nannies in different resorts, never had an issues, but here baby really didn't want to stay with nanny

We had a wonderful experience with Alpine Nanny and with the “manny” Greg on the two nights he was with our kids. Will work with him again in a heartbeat given the chance.For best results call or text/WhatsApp the listed phone number rather than using the Google maps chat feature. The coordinator Catherine got right back to us. She asked if we'd be open to a male nanny, which we definitely are and also I think it's great with older boys. We have boys ages 11 and 8 and girls 6 and 4. Greg was not at all fazed by four kids, very experienced and professional. I was impressed that he was in uniform (Alpine Nanny polo and hoodie) and brought games. He sent updates throughout the evening with photos of the kids playing games, up to when everyone was asleep.In addition to being great with the kids, he was happy to offer recommendations for family outings during the day and restaurants and bars for my husband and me for the date night. He told us to stay out as long as we liked. Like I said, I would work with him and the agency again for sure. I get the feeling they only hire great people and make sure to make a good fit so the whole family can enjoy their time in Zermatt.

So our nanny certainly had her hands full - 2 small babies and 2 older kids when they weren’t skiing.Vladka did an amazing job with all of them, totally chilled and in control. And they let us have a great time skiing and enjoying Zermatt.Very flexible on hours and what we wanted to do and extra babysitting and happy to do whatever we needed, a very committed service. Great with the children.We had not used a nanny service like this before and comms before our holiday was very relaxed And helpful with Catherine.

We highly recommend Alpine Nanny! We didn’t use alpine nanny “babysitting” services this trip (only because we had grandma along!) but we did contact her about renting some child items and she was AMAZING! She had everything we needed and was more than reasonable with her fees - and she made pickup and drop-off effortless on our part! Having a high chair and age appropriate toys to use during our long stay in Zermatt made our vacation so much better. She was kind and prompt and we will definitely call Alpine Nanny again next time we are in town!
