Totally rubbish. They are not following any perameter to sell silver or gold products. Price as per their mood. One person say 40 chf of the silver coin of 10 grams after 5 min another one is saying that same coin is of 45 chf . Person who is dealing with the guest even not able to answer the present rate of silver and gold per gram according to Swiss government. When we asked him he said that he didn't know anything.
