Hertz Autovermietung, Zürich

Quick and easy rental experience. It's about a 5 - 8 minute walk from Zurich HB on a little side street. My original vehicle wasn't available, so I was upgraded for free to a pretty dang nice black Rivoli suv. When I had to drop off and run to catch a train, I just parked out front, handed them my keys, and said bye.

Its very closed to the main railway station. They were so helpful and kind. Special thanks to Mr. Toygar because he tried to do his best to give us the best option. The car that he has given us was very clean, new and comfortable. We picked up the car form Zürich and returned it to Geneva and the process of picking up and return the car back was very easy with them.

I had an extremely good experience with the team here at Hertz. They were beyond helpful to my friend Jackson and I. Would definitely recommend.

We booked a last minute reservation from this location. Nothing was available but Jana went out of her way to find us an accommodations and also recommending few places to visit!! Extremely helpful and a great guide! If you’re planning to visit and drive in Switzerland, I highly recommend her and Hertz!

Leider muss ich nach einer guten Bewertung eine miserable Bewertung hinterlassen. Auto angemietet und beim zurückgeben wurden uns Schäden, welche wir nicht verschuldet haben, angerechnet. Wir haben Fotos bei der Anmietung gemacht auf denen klar ersichtlich ist, dass die Schäden schon bei der Anmietung vorhanden waren - Die Aufnahme der Schäden bei der Anmietung war schlampig und fehlerhaft. Dies haben wir bei der Rückgabe natürlich angesprochen. Trotzdem versucht jetzt Hertz die Schäden von der vorigen Autovermietung uns anzuhängen und zu fakturieren!!Bis jetzt keine Reaktion von Hertz oder vom Kundendienst. In 30 Jahren Automiete ist mir so etwas noch nie passiert. Extrem unverschämt. Mal sehen ob Hertz sich meldet (Kontaktaufnahme wurde innerhalb von 72h versprochen - bis jetzt noch nichts gehört und es gibt keine Kundendienst-Telefonnummer). Worst experience ever in 30 years renting cars!

Everything went really smooth! They were very helpful, specially Mirjam, she was great. She set everything up for us quickly and made the process very easy. Also, it literally 2 mins from the railway station, so very convenient if you are travelling by train.

I be never enjoy such wonderful service here and the car is so comfortable and with very good quality
