AlpTransfer Switzerland | VIP & Private Airport Transfers

We were in Switzerland at the end of June and hired Alptransfer to take us to the airport and for a full day excursion with a private driver and tour guide. Everyone was exceptional! They were friendly, on-time and knowledgable. I will definitely work with them again and highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Our driver arrived on-time, notified the hotel desk that he was there, helped with the bags and got us to the airport with no issue. Great service and the booking process was fantastic given it was all online and accurate and timely. Confirmation texts and emails were great. Highly recommend.

Booked Alp Transfer from Zurich to Wengen for a ski trip. Much easier than taking the train (2-4 changes with bags and skis) and about 2hrs rather than 3-4hrs. Price was reasonable (not the cheapest but much less than some of the other companies. Drivers at both ends waiting and they used Tesla S cars. Drivers go quite quickly but you soon get used to the Swiss/German speeds! Very nice driver on the way back who was a tour guide so quite chatty. No hesitation in recommending them and will use next year

I was skeptical after reading the other reviews but decided to use this Company for a pick up from Lauterbrunnen to Zurich Airport today. The transfer was on time, the driver Robert was polite, the vehicle clean and comfortable. Everything you could wish from a transfer service. Will use again.

Excellent and reliable service. Clean, luxurious cars. Capable drivers. A bit costly but it’s Switzerland and you do get what you pay for!

Late @first than canceled:It was a Business transfer from Zurich Airport to Zurich centre. No one was present at the arrival exit (On Time) and only a 5 minutes trough call center an operator reported that no reservation was in their sistem at first, than thay recovered the booking and said the car was arriving. The Driver showed up after 20 minutes complaining about the traffic and roadworks. This problems should be taken in count when you are a private transfer driver. Worse performance the next day when, due to the previous day experience i decided to call them in advance to verify the transfer from the city to the airport. The operator told me that the reservation was canceled but they ignore from who! I was left in a saturday morning in the street whit no assistance. I got a taxi . I suggest refound the booking staff and buy them a better SWISS (?) watch ...

Excellent service. We were unfortunately delayed but Bala was there when we finally arrived. Excellent service, driver and price. Highly recommend if flying into Zurich to use for airport transfers.
