Terrible experience. If you are a foreigner, you should look for a different bank. UBS takes more than 15 days to make an account functional because it needs to digitalize all docs in Zurich. Customer assistance is helpless: promises an expert will call the following morning, but nothing. In summary: unreliable. Definitely don’t recommend.

Rarement eu un service aussi mauvais.Ayant parlé à 2 employés différents, ils m'ont chacun fais comprendre qu'ils n'étaient pas la pour s'occuper des clients.Je vais donc trouver une autre banque.

Contradictory statements by different branches. The ILO branch clearly stated, that a foreigner can open a bank account without having Swiss permits or work contracts. This office, however, doesn't work in interest of potential new customers.Also, huge parking problem and an appointment system, which makes it tedious coming from France for something simple.Overall bad experience.

Ils ont supprimé le distributeur de billets qui était accessible 24h/24 à l'extérieur. Maintenant il faut aller dans l'agence mais ça ferme à 00h30. Très mauvaise décision.

Ma maman (86 ans) a demandé de l’aide pour se servir du multimat. On lui a répondu que ça lui coûterait 50.- pour se faire aider. Service à la clientèle nul

Je ne suis pas d'accord avec les comentaire negatif de employés en general, surement c'est pour juger les jeunes qui commencent à travailler, il faut leur donner plusieur possibilité et pas etre si dure avec les commentaire.
