Bike Sold Cornavin

Très bon accueil à la boutique et à l'atelier pour 2 voyageurs arrivés en gare de Cornavin avec un souci mécanique au remontage. Super matos à la boutique et mécano très sympa et compétent qui nous a sauvé le week-end. Encore merci :)

This place is fantastic. I bought a bike there and they were the only place in the area that had exactly what I was looking for (a tall women's step-through bike with gears). They made some adjustments for me (switching handlebars, etc) and fitted the accessories, etc. Their prices seem very reasonable by Geneva standards and they have a good range of accessories, but what has really stood out to me is the quality of their customer service and their after-sale service. Every time I've been in the staff are reliably friendly and super helpful. I've taken the bike back twice since I bought it, once for a slight adjustment, which they didn't charge me for, and the second time for the first service, which is included when you buy the bike. Both times both the sales staff and the bike mechanics were an absolute pleasure to deal with and incredibly helpful. And, if your French is as terrible as mine, they will very kindly speak English with you. I recommend this place to anyone who will listen. :-)

Great experience, have been there three times and all of the staff are very nice. They don't try to upsell you, and try to fix damaged parts before installing new parts. Really recommend!

When buying my new bike, I received exceptional service from Charlie. He gave me honest advice according to my needs and I couldn't be happier with the bike I ended up buying. It corresponded exactly to what I was looking for. Charlie and the team at the store are incredibly friendly and are always so helpful when I have questions about the bike or if I need to purchase any accessories for it. Overall, thoroughly recommended!

Excellent magasin. On y est toujours accueilli avec le sourire et tout le staff est aux petits soins pour ses clients. Travail de qualité à des prix super corrects. Je vous recommande vivement ce magasin... Dommage que les diverses échoppes se trouvent (un peu) loin de chez moi...
