Alamo Rent A Car - Aéroport de Genève – Côté Français

Je vous conseille d'opter pour un autre loueur de l'aéroport...Ma femme loue un break pour avoir de la place. La personnne au bureau lui certifie que c'est un break.Arrivé dans le parking c'est une petite citadine (astra) qu'on lui a donné...Extrêmement pressé elle n'a pas eu le temps d'aller se plaindre ou de changer...Au retour tout le monde s'en fout... Pas un geste sachant qu'elle a payé pour un break donc plus cher que pour la voiture qu'elle a eu.. c'est juste honteux.J'aurais vraiment aimé pouvoir être présent à la prise du véhicule...Changez de metier ou d'employés...

Excellent service in the reception and assignment of vehicle. Extremely friendly and efficient the staff that welcomed us at Geneva airport. They recognized we had already been customers and remembered our last visit. Congratulations for the top service!

Awful. didn't have car booked, gave us another with quarter empty tank. Took money post rental that was not owed, charged for excess insurance that had been pre paid. Does not respond to emails, total lack of customer service. Avoid.

Très bonne expérience de location de voiture avec Alamo, soit il y a eu une bonne évolution depuis les commentaires négatifs soit j'ai bien fait de ne pas m'y fier. J'ai donc réservé un véhicule en ligne modèle grand format pour le mercredi 03.05.23 à 11h30. J'ai été accueillie à la réception de Alamo au terminal de l'aéroport de Genève secteur France par un jeune homme très aimable et performant. Comme j'étais en avance j'ai dû patienter qqs minutes que le nettoyage soit terminé, l'équipe a été parfaitement à l'heure. Le réceptionniste indique les défauts constatés avec photos et indique que le plein n'est qu'à moitié et l'électrique pas chargé (hybride), tout est noté dans mon dossier pour éviter les frais suppl. Il me dit de faire le contrôle du véhicule avant départ et de faire les photos. Des rayures supplémentaires non notifiées ont été constatées par ma part et immédiatement envoyées par mail, j'ai reçu une réponse de prise en compte dans les 24h. J'ai eu la chance de conduire un véhicule récent de qualité, très confortable et puissant, peugeot 3008 hybride. Le retour de la voiture a été fait à Brive dans une autre agence Alamo. L'employé était tout autant professionnel et le check rapide et efficace. Le prix pour 2j avec km illimités et voiture de qualité vraiment très raisonnable et au moins 4x moins cher que côté Suisse. Je recommande cette société de location et je reloue volontiers si l'occasion se présente.

Mr Hakim not only provided me swift actions of the initial process before obtaining the key to the vehicle, he also professionally provided clear information and advice which met my all my queries. Also he was kind and nice which is rarely found nowadays. Looking forward to see him and his team (who were also great!) in GVA airport sometime again in the near future. Car was also correct (in line with the level of car reservation) and in perfect condition. Whole family was happy and comfortable.

Serviciul de închiriere a funcționat a fost foarte bun și rapid. Persoana de la ghișeu a fost zâmbitoare și mi-a oferit toate detaliile de care am avut nevoie. Am fost mulțumit de mașina primită.

Excellent service. Guy on the Desk treated us nicely. We got brand new car 5008. We don’t need to get it wash before returning but still we returned it very clean. The guy Raphal on the return day was also so nice. Thanks man.

Absolute joke of a company. Hired a car nobody to handover the car to me or hand it back over to them. Damage report filed 1.5 hours after drop off. 3 months later I get a invoice for 1600CHF for damage to a car that was already present before hire. (A curbed alloy and a scratch to a rear panel) money taken from my card instantly. No replies from this lot in over a month. Be warned do not use this company. Do not fall for there scam forcing you into buying additional insurnace which should not be happening.

SCAM!!! They gave us the car late, so we agreed to extend the return time. At the time of charging us, they charged us an extra day! We made a claim, we agreed that we would get our money back and it's been two months now and we still don't have it. THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE OR ANSWER EMAILS. Impossible to contact them
