No stars. We booked a chalet at Easter. Switzerland closed it's borders and Verbier closed it's resort. Yet this company decided to keep the full rent we had paid for the week and would not refund our chalet. No words to adequatley describe what bad business this is. I would not book with this company if it was the only company in Verbier.

Hello everyone.A very important information on an apartment that this and other regie of Verbier are promoting;AIDA 4Very nicely renovated 6 years ago with nice materials... but that is where it ends.. unfortunately it is a catastrophe ...The apartment was a chalet split in on 3 floors, so you can hear every step of the neighbors on top.Shutters don't close properly and light comes in early in the morning.No cheminee just a cast iron heater that works with wood.. but unfortunately doest work.Ventilation is bad, when you turn the cooking extractor it also pulls out the cast iron cheminee" s smoke out in the leaving room.Very poor furniture ( brown plastic sofa) and a small wicker coffee table in the living room.No bed side tables just stools.Old washer full of dirty water
