Sehr schlecht präsentiert. Shawarma war richtig trocken und nicht fresh gemacht. Pommes war so trocken kann man nicht schlucken. Fatayer lahme sind so klein und überall nicht 12 fr.- wert. Fleisch war trocken und kein Gewürz darauf. Richtig schad!!! Und sehr über teuer!

Had the opportunity to dine here recently, and sadly, it was far from satisfactory. Without getting into the nuances of cost, the primary issue was with the dish portioning. We shelled out approximately 180€ for a pair of plates, only to be presented with surprisingly small servings. To say it fell short of our expectations would be an understatement.As for the cuisine itself, it left much to be desired. The flavor profile was severely lacking in depth and complexity, giving an overall impression of mediocrity. With a world of gastronomic options around us, in retrospect, choosing a charming Italian place or a novel vegetarian joint might have brought more joy to our taste buds.Ultimately, a dining establishment should leave its patrons feeling cared for, not short-changed. Here, however, we felt a glaring absence of warmth and generosity in their service. It's disappointing to see and certainly doesn't inspire a return visit. I regretfully wouldn't recommend this place for a meal.

I do feel that the portions are small and ambience could be better but we were served nicely and paid attention to by the staff. We enjoyed the food esp the BBQ dishes and Fattoush salad. In my opinion while the price is a bit high for the portions, this is definitely a good place for halal food in Lucerne.

Be careful the meat might not be as delicious as expected for a shawarma. For my experience it m’as not bad actually but not as tasty as it should be or as it usually is. That’s only for the meat. However the service is good. The sales and side dishes (mezze) are good.

If there’s less than one star I would have certainly given them. Absolutely rubbish and worthless.First of all, I need to point out that it’s absolutely not about money, but in principle.However, we came in and paid ca. 200 € for two dishes and the food portion was poorly and meanly very little! We shocked how stingy those people are! And the taste was externally plain and nothing impressive about it! We should have gone to an Italian restaurant or even though a vegetarian restaurant instead of got robbed.A restaurant who doesn’t treat their costumers with generous, you don’t need to visit at all!Not recommended at all!

I loved the food, it came nice and hot and perfect. The food was halal and it also had vegetarian options. Service was amazing and the staff were very friendly. The place was also very clean.

Das essen ist zwar gut, aber die Preis- Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis. Die Portionen sind für das was es kostet viel zu klein. Man hat fast das Gefühl, über den Tisch gezogen zu werden.

I can fully recommend this restaurant! Eine absolute Empfehlung!! Wenn Sie richtig gutes libanesisches Essen möchten, dann sind Sie hier definitiv an der richtigen Adresse! Ich war schon oft im Restaurant und habe sehr viele verschiedene Gerichte probiert und diese waren alle sehr lecker.Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Service, alle Mitarbeiter und der Inhaber sind unglaublich nett und umsorgen einem voll und ganz. Da bleiben wirklich keine Wünsche offen!!Vielen Dank Tassnim Orient, ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal, das tolle Essen und das nette Ambiente!
