it is just on your right after you get off from the station. I dont know if it is the cheapest, but the bike is quite new and well maintained. Rented 2 e bikes with them, batteries are long lasting for around 50km, still come back with a bar of battery.the elder guy who at reception is first day at work, took quite long to get the registration done, i bet he is better now.

Rented eBikes here on two different days (they are a Rent a Bike station); on our second rental we took the Herzroute 99 to Willisau, dropped the bikes there, and returned by train. The store personnel were friendly and helpful on our first eBike experience. Helmets are provided, and the bikes and rental pricing were better than we later found in Germany. A great way to spend a day in the country!
