Location is perfect and service is goodThe pillows and bed are not the most comfortableIt is not obvious how to turn on light

Great location and, for Switzerland, not so expensive. The rooms are comfortable. Check-out at 10 a.m.?!? A hotel stay is for enjoyment and pleasure, not for stress and aggravation. The pool/jacuzzi doesn’t open until 10 either. Looks like an inflatable gig in someone’s backyard.

Everything is perfect except the elevator is small.The staff are very kind.The jacuzzi in the pool is great as it is hot water.The room is spacious enough.The bathroom has a bathtub and plenty of space around the toilet.Kindness with not only toilet paper but also tissue paper.The windows open wide and there is an air conditioner, so it is very comfortable.The Yun Nan Tea House, a Chinese restaurant diagonally across from the hotel, is casual, but the tea and food are of a very high standard. That restaurant made my stay in Luzern a more wonderful experience.It's a miracle that this excellent hotel and high quality Chinese restaurants are so close.I will definitely come here again if I stay in Lucerne.

Room quite small tho but anyhow quite cosy.

Awful experience. Had to pay before we saw the room. We couldn’t stay in such a disgusting filthy place and left immediately after walking in.

This hotel needs to be visited by the health department. Book somewhere else, anywhere else. Any place will be cleaner than this one.

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel, für Schweizer Verhältnisse dafür nicht überteuert.Das Personal war wirklich nett; ich durfte ausnahmsweise am Abreisetag sofort vor 10 Uhr schon den Pool nutzen.Leider hat das Hotel kein Restaurant, es gibt aber in nächster Umgebung genügend Restaurants.

This hotel is good for what it is, it met our expectations for a 3* hotel. The staff were friendly. We were given a tourist brochure and a voucher for public transport/museums etc. We were pleased with the pool and jacuzzi.However, above the bed near the fan there was a device that we couldn’t identify. It looked like a smoke alarm of some sort but was not flashing (unlike the other in the room). It can be seen in the photos of the rooms on the website. It left us feeling uneasy due to its location and appearance, but we weren’t able to confirm whether it was suspicious or not.

Fantastic hotel and worth the price. Rooms are super nice, clean, and quiet. Check-in was easy. One block from the water. Next to many restaurants and shops. Pool was refreshing. Highly recommended.
