Accueil pas très sympa quand il s'agit d'une réparation. On a l'impression qu'on dérange. A déconseiller.

These guys are clowns, as far from professional as you can be.My wife brought her four-year-old Tern for maintenance and side-view mirror and kickstand replacements. When making the appointment two weeks ahead of time, she mentioned the need for a replacement kickstand so they could order it and have it ready by the time she arrived.When she came for the appointment they hadn't ordered it, and they seemed surprised that this was disappointing to her. They texted her after having done some maintenance, saying it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived to pick it up, the kickstand had not been replaced, nor had the mirror, and they asked me to come back the next day, with the bike, when they expected the kickstand to arrive.I'm not sure what exactly they did maintenance-wise because the gears were chattering and the front brake whining even when not applied. 150 CHF all the same.My wife came a few days later when she had availability. They said that her bike was incompatible with the kickstand which they had ordered, because it's so ancient (four years old!). She expressed her frustration at the fact that they hadn't bothered to call and tell her this news, which you'd imagine they'd have known before ordering the wrong kickstand.Well, they were wrong, and they realized it during the visit: The new kickstand version simply mounts on a different part of the bike. This didn't stop them from laughing in my wife's face when she took them to task for their unapologetic incompetence. They hadn't replaced the mirror, and she had to ask again for this to be done.Incredibly, they didn't even bother to remove the old, broken kickstand. Truly out to lunch, these guys.Don't bother with this shop, they don't value your business and are low on expertise. If they make a mistake, they won't acknowledge it, take responsibility for it, or make things right! In case they want to claim this was an anomaly, this was actually our third visit to them; every time we've had to come back to get them to finish the maintenance they claimed to have done.We came here out of convenience and will be returning to Cyclable where we've always had a superb experience.

Magasin absolument à éviter, accueil froid, pas envie de rendre service et de très mauvais conseils ! Plus jamais

Fuillez cette endroit, j'ai amené mon vélo pour un réglage frein vitesse et un problème de câble de frein.Une fois récupéré le problème était toujours présent sur le vélo. Pire il on changer le mauvais câble. Les frein mal réglé. On moment de mon appel pour me plaindre, ils ont rien voulu savoir il mon dis que tout était bien fait et que je n'avais rien signalé. Je ne poserais plus les pieds là bas. N'y aller pas

Je suis profondément insatisfait du service offert. Tant le vendeur que le mécanicien semblaient ne pas être au fait des dernières mises à jour de produits Specialized, et leur connaissance de l'application laisse à désirer. Il semble que ce magasin se préoccupe davantage de générer des revenus que de véritable passion pour leur travail.
