Very disappointed with the customer service which led to me having to walk out of my appointment. I was asked come in 1h before closing which was a stretch given that I work long hours at the office. Regardless, I made it on time - was given a robe and sat in the chair in front of the mirror waiting to get my hair washed and cut. The male salon manager who was supposed to take care of me instead starts greeting walk-ins who were interested in hair products and brushes - leaving me completely unattended. It was now 35min since I arrived and to not waste more time, I decided to leave and will not be going there again.

I am very happy with my hair, lovely cut lovely color. I found the price very expensive, probably my fault as it wasnt clear what services were extra. Also while hair stylist was very good, i didnt find the staff to be very warm or inviting, a bit of a somber atmosphere. If i pay so much for a service, i would like to feel welcome and engaged, i felt a bit like an nuisance.

Silvana is a magician! I had a horrid rainbow hair color mess and she effortlessly made it all my natural color and gave me a gorgeous cut. Thank you!!

I really needed to go to a hair cut so I decided to give Aveda a try. When booking I explained I had curly hair and I really wanted someone who could understand what I wanted. Sebastian is the one who cut my hair and colored" my hair. I have never been so happy with a hair dresser! Especially in Switzerland.I just went back to Aveda

Très bonne expérience dans le nouveau Salon de coiffure Aveda rue du Mont-Blanc à Genève. J'ai été très bien accueillie, petite tisane pour me réchauffer à mon arrivée. Bénédicte, qui s'est occupée de moi, a pris le temps de savoir ce que je voulais et de comprendre mes habitudes, elle m'a même fait un massage avec une huile que j'ai choisie avant de passer au bac! Le shampoing est de la même gamme et odeur que l'huile, j'ai beaucoup aimé. On est en position allongée, j'avais choisi un soin avec serviette chaude, très agréable, on s'endormirait presque! Puis enfin la coupe et le brushing, top! J'y retournerai avec plaisir et je me laisserai surement tentée par leurs produits :)

Best hairdresser in town. Reservation and everything from arriving until leaving the salon is done with excellent service. Service miles above what I experienced in Geneva before. Got some compliments for my haircut and it’s looks nice for a few weeks.

Ce n’est pas correcte de faire payer un soin qui ne sera pas fait ! Je ne vous ai pas commander une couleur !c’était pour un soin glossy ,Je n’utilise jamais le sèche cheveux encore moins avec mes cheveux fin sec et bouclées!Heureusement j’ai trouvé un coiffeur qui connaît son métier et ne cherche pas à vendre des forfaits mais à prendre soin de ses clientes et comprend tout à fait mon type de cheveux.

I only allow the best for my hair and Benedicte from Aveda Mont Blanc really is the absolute best colorist and stylist. I have been going to her for a couple of years now and her eye for colour, perfectionism and attention to detail really makes the hair look luxurious and flawless. I get so many compliments every time I get my hair done by her. ☺️❤️
