Usually we don't make negatives reviews but unfortunately on this one we have to.The hotel is a 3 stars" hotel but in our opinion (we work in hotel/gastronomy) should be a 2.Let's start from the begin:The parking place say here on Google that is for free

Mixed feelings about my experience in the hotel.Good:- Room quality- Air Conditioning- LocationBad:- Very poor breakfast, better to eat somewhere else- They try to scam you with the turist tax. For example if you book a room for yourself but it is a 2 person room (big bed, quite typical in hotels) then they will try to count this tax for 2 people as this is the room size, not the actual number of customers. So a single person has to pay double the tax and so on.- Very rude receptionist. Had a situation mentioned above and it was impossible to explain it to the lady. She makes the rules and does not care, even when she is wrong, screams at you.

I was in room 312 in the morning there was a sound like something was building up above it was very loud, what are you guys doing? Loud from 5am. Very loud, reality shouldn't have anything like this to disturb customers in Rest time, this hotel is very bad, and the hotel's parking lot has to pay 10 francs per day, which in fact it has to park for free for customers here is really bad, should improve a lot.

Very nice stay, room was spotless. Great shower with high water pressure, quiet and a few minutes walk from city centre. Friendly staff who speak English. Recommended 100%

I think it’s unacceptable for a hotel not to have reception all day. Please pay attention to the timetables, because the reception is available only from 8 am to 2pm. The rest of the day there’s no reception at all, no one in the hotel, and they don’t even answer the phone. Of course I didn’t know this and arrived at 15 o’clock and was in big trouble. They don’t give you the ticino ticket unless you ask them for it, which I think is REALLY bad, they should tell you about that ticket and give it to you as soon as you arrive. Breakfast is not included and and costs CHF 12 per person. Rooms are small and there’s one lift that works only until 9pm. All this for an ENORMOUS prize. I know Switzerland is an expensive country, but here you pay A LOT for a truly 2star hotel.

Eine Nacht da gewesen inklusive Abendessen und Frühstück.Zimmer sind ausreichend, mit Klimaanlage jedoch ist das Schließsystem etwas verwirrend.Standort ist top. Kurzer Fußweg zum See und Bahnhof.Service ok, Mitarbeiter reden nicht sehr viel und wirken unprofessionell.Nun der größte Kritikpunkt...das EssenQualität, Präsentation und Geschmack sind furchtbar. Wer auf Tütensoßen, trockenes Fleisch und Chemisches Wassereis steht...der Ort ist perfekt für dich!Frühstück nicht nennenswert.Fazit: Für den Preis und eine Nacht akzeptabel aber definitiv nicht empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer vom 20.- 22.10.2022, über Aldi Suisse Tours gebucht und mussten leider, aus gesundheiltlichen Gründen, stornieren: Wir versuchten mehrmals, via Mail, das Hotel zu kontaktieren, ohne Erfolg, sie haben nie geantwortet, anscheinend sind Ihnen die Gäste egal, wichtig ist, dass bezahlt ist! Wir waren schon einmal in diesem Hotel, war nicht wirklich überwältigend, der Preis ist gut, der Rest nicht. Wir werden dieses Hotel in Zukunft meiden.

Hotel Ceresio Lugano
Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. 1a Bett mit sehr guter Matratze, auch die Klimaanlage ist hochwertig und lässt sich individuell einstellen. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Die Zimmer sind klein, im Badezimmer hats Schimmel.Das Frühstück ist grenzwertig okay für ein 3-Sterne Hotel.Das Personal war freundlich allerdings nur selten vor Ort.Uns kams vor als hätte das Hotel seine besten Zeiten hinter sich.Für den Service ist der Preis happig.Die 2 Sterne kommen vor allem weil ich das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen würde.
