Essen ist wie üblich, Ambiente bestens.Leider wurde mein Freund aus nicht ersichtlichem Grund ungefragt und grob vom Security angefasst und weggestoßen, was gar nicht geht.Damit wird das Ambiente und das Essen uninteressant. Das warfen wir dann weg, weil uns die Freude darauf vergangen ist.Ausschlaggebend deswegen gibt es in der Gesamtbewertung die schlechteste Bewertung.

Würden aufgefordert den Tisch zu verlassen, da wir nur etwas getrunken und nicht gegessen haben.Auf der Toilette dann, klopfte eine Mitarbeiterin energisch gegen die Türe und meinte ich brauche zu lange.Habe auf die Uhr gesehen, war wirklich höchstens 1 Minute!Sehr unhöflich.

For me it is the McDonalds with a best panorama, it is just near the lake Lugano and you can eat your delicious burgers with a fantastic view.Additionally, crew was very kind and fast.

Ein normaler Mäcädoo. Leider viel zu wenig vegetarische Burger und Nuggets, sodass ich dort praktisch nie einkaufe. Schade, aber die meisten Leute sehen weg und schalten ihre Kopf aus, wenn Tiere getötet werden. Leider gibt es dort nur noch Automaten um zu bestellen, wohl um den Gewinn zu optimieren. Ist aber sehr gut gelegen beim See etwas weg vom Zentrum.

A stunning view from this McDonald’s terrace and an equally stunning not tasty meal. It’s the first time we’ve seen burnt coffee like this, not-so-good burgers, and it’s not good at all. Every time we passed by we bought ice cream and looked at the stunning view of the lake! By the way, prices are quite expensive for McDonald’s.

Unless you want to be attacked or your day ruined, go to this branch. By far this is the worst mcdonalds branch I have ever been to, the most unsafe and unfriendly one too. Although I make sure to experience mcdonalds in every country I visit. Staff in this branch are very racist from the server to the waiter to the manager. First incident the ketchup and sauce that I ordered were missing, so I went back to grab them, but the server refused to give me and asked me to pay. She asked me about the receipt that she already took earlier. I had to speak to the manager to get the sauce and ketchup. The second incident happened when I finished my food and I make sure to clean my table and trashed all the wrapping papers and bags in the trash designated area and left mcdonalds and I was already walking in the street, one of the waiters followed me his name is Fredric and attacked me verbally in the middle of the street calling me bad person. I asked him why? What did I do? He then left walking back to mcdonalds. I went back and reported that to Antony the manager, he asked me to point out to Fredric and and asked him why he did that? Fredric claimed that I spilled the drink on the floor before I left! I asked the manager to check the cameras because I did not do it. He then simply started to apologies.
