We applied for one of the apartments managed by this agency. We were happy to receive a quick and positive answer. When we received the lease agreement, it had mismatching amounts and charges, stated a possible annual increase over the one permitted by law, and expected us to sign the contract with blank boxes for the future fees. We requested to correct such irregularities. One day after they withdrew the offer of the apartment.

Ne vivez pas la même expérience que nous avons vécu hier avec l'agence immobilière Groupe M3 et les conseillers financiers Aznar & Cie - tous deux basés à Genève.Après avoir été informés d’une nouvelle promotion et après avoir échangé des conversations téléphoniques pour discuter en détail des plans avec l'agent immobilier sans parler des discussions entretenues auprès de notre banque pour recevoir leur aval, nous avons été stupéfaits de constater que toutes ces démarches demeurent du vent. Nous avons rempli les formulaires de réservation requis, le lendemain matin le Groupe M3 nous a annoncé que Aznar, conseiller financier, donnait le bien à un autre client.En fait, l'appartement était déjà réservé, avant même que nous ne soyons contactés par M3. Tous leurs échanges avec nous n’étaient que mensonge et pratique malhonnête. Nous étions extrêmement frustrés et furieux d’être traités avec autant de manque de respect et d’indifférence. À notre avis, ces personnes ne s'en soucient pas du tout. La manipulation semble être une pratique sans conséquence pour eux.A mon avis, évitez de faire des affaires avec ce genre d’agence immobilière! Des requins.

Pas de suivi avec les problèmes,rarement il y a d eau chaude,on veut parler a la personne ,sans succès et ne rappelle jamais,vraiment pas tres sérieux

J'ai postulé pour un parking avec cette régie , avant même d'avoir le temps de renvoyer le contrat signé, je reçois un rappel avec des frais de 60.- J'utilise le parking pendant 6 mois puis je décides de résilier mon contrat à cause d'un changement d'emploi, à nouveau, la régie m'envoie des frais pour résiliation anticipé de 161.- par contre le délai de résiliation reste de 6 mois!!. Alors si c'est pas de l'escroquerie ?

I do not recommend renting any apartment from M3 Immobilier. I had been a tenant in one of their apartments for 4 years.First of all, it's not easy to find someone to speak English with, even though Geneva is an expat city with many international organizations. During the 4 years, we had little contact with M3 Immobilier until this year. At the beginning of the year, a different company began construction work in our building. This construction lasted over 4 months, and it greatly inconvenienced us, with water disruptions almost daily during working hours and significant dirt in our building. Because of these issues, we lodged a complaint with M3. Initially, they seemed like they would help us. However, after submitting the official documents, nearly 3 months have passed without a response. They seem to be ignoring my attempts to get in touch. I suspect it's because we moved out of the apartment a month ago.As mentioned, we left the apartment a month ago. During my entry inventory, the agent didn't note small stains on the wall and a broken kitchen aspirator. Luckly, I noticed this and informed the agency about the broken aspirator at that time (4 years ago). During my exit inventory, I highlighted this issue and showed them the email as evidence. The agent said he would make a note of it and asked me to sign the inventory document, which was in French. I didn't fully understand the document, but I trusted the agent and signed the document. Although he told me he'd send the inventory document immediately, he only did so after a reminder email sent from me. Upon translating the document, I found that it claimed the stains and broken aspirator were my responsibility. I felt totally deceived.I sent an email immediately to question this and beside this, also asked about the procedure to get my rental deposit back. He acknowledged receipt of my email, but he didn't answer any of my questions. Over the last month, I've sent multiple emails with my concerns, but they haven't responded.Finally, I managed to speak with someone fluent in English and explained the situation. Following this, they simply said they were waiting on invoices, offering no further explanations. From what I gather, they're essentially saying they'll do as they please, irrespective of proof absolving me from damages. It had been a more than one month but it is not certain when they will release the deposit. They seem indifferent about withholding my deposit indefinitely. As in other cases, they are extremely slow. I felt the need to share my experience here to caution others about M3 Immobilier. In summary, they appear more interested in money than their tenants. I sincerely hope others can find a more reliable and considerate agency.

L'entrée est agréable. La réception est chaleureuse. Les collaborateurs sont très serviables et up dated. Je veux dire. Ils utilisent les méthodes d'aujourd'hui et j'adore, j'aime leurs tableaux de recherche d'appartements. Facile avec une vue d'ensemble des biens immobiliers de qualité.

Ils louent des baux au prix des murs c’est scandaleux ils ne voient que leur bénéfices ils sont hautains et incompétents et cela commence des le secrétariat ils savent tout et il ne faut pas les contredire.Je déconseille vivement cette bande d’escroc à Genève il y a mieux tout de même !!

La semaine passé c'était l'odeur des produits chimique qui empestait tout l'immeuble. J'ai du me réfugier avec ma fille de 9 mois chez une amie durant la journée pour ne pas respirer cette odeur immonde qui passe à travers les portes. Cette semaine, ma fille et moi, nous nous faisons réveiller par les vacarmes des travaux dans les couloirs à 8 heure du matin.

M3 est notamment un certain francois sont des véritables escroc: ils présentent des biens a beaucoup plus du double du prix demandé par le propriétaire , ils ne sont pas la pour gérer mais pour escroquer les 2 partis .En effet après discutions avec le véritable propriétaire on s’aperçoit vite de la supercherie.ATTENTION ESCROC AFFAMÉ JE NE CONSEILLE PAS DE TRAITER AVEC CETTE COMPAGNIE ET ENCOR MOINS AVEC UN FRANCOIS.
