Depuis plusieurs années, notre famille est suivie pour soins dentaires et détartrage. Le personnel (dentistes, hygiénistes, assistantes dentaire, réceptionnistes) sont très à l'écoute, leur priorité est le bien être du patient. Ils prennent le temps de nous expliquer le traitement, de nous rassurer. Les soins et le suivi sont excellents, en plus toujours dans la bonne humeur. Nous allons dans ce centre dentaire depuis des années : équipe sympathique et très professionnelle, les réceptionnistes toujours très à l'écoute et assurent un suivi quant aux divers traitements et/ou rendez-vous. Les dentistes et hygiénistes connaissent leur métier et font toujours au mieux pour vous donner un sourire éclatant. Je recommande ce centre à 100% !

I went for a simple dental cleaning but the dentist didn't finish the work after 45 minutes and then asked me to come back in a month to finish it. I wouldn't pay twice for something it can be done in just one appointment (as It has been the case for the past 20 years in other clinics). They did also x-ray that I didn't request. Otherwise clean place, nice staff and parking available. Overpriced services. I would never come back, sorry

I would like to thank Dr Obry and her team for the excellent treatment received and her very professional manner. My husband, myself and my son have had quite a few appointments for important dental treatment over the last year. The quality of her work and the care she takes to make sure one is comfortable is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this dental clinique and Dr Obrys’ team. Thank you again!

Je me rends à ce centre pour un contrôle + détartrage 2 fois par an et je n'ai eu que de bonnes expériences. Les hygiénistes, dentistes et assistantes dentaires qui se sont occupées de moi ont toujours fait preuve de pédagogie et de sympathie. Je recommande.

Absolutely amazing customer serviceThe front desk staff, dental assistant and dentist all went out of their way to assist us to locate a lab to fix dentures in the middle of the summer holiday closures. This was an emergency and we couldn’t have asked for more attention to help us out in a dire situation. Great patient care- thank you!

I can highly recommend Dr Julie Kohler-Grundman, I was a patient of hers for over 17 years when I lived in Nyon. Over this time, she explained all the treatments to me in perfect English, (when I was still in the early years of learning French) and she advised me carefully about the treatments. She was professional at all times and with a great sense of humour which made the visits easy to bear! I have since returned to the UK and have had my first visit to a UK dentist, and he was very complimentary about the standard of the dentistry work I had done in Switzerland.Je recommande vivement le Dr Julie Kohler-Grundman, j'ai été sa patiente pendant plus de 17 ans lorsque je vivais à Nyon. Pendant cette période, elle m'a expliqué tous les traitements dans un anglais parfait (alors que j'étais encore dans les premières années d'apprentissage du français) et elle m'a conseillé avec soin sur les traitements. Elle était professionnelle à tout moment et avait un grand sens de l'humour, ce qui rendait les visites faciles à supporter ! Depuis, je suis retourné au Royaume-Uni et j'ai consulté pour la première fois un dentiste britannique, qui m'a fait des compliments sur la qualité des soins dentaires que j'avais reçus en Suisse.

Der Herr, der uns gestern am Empfangsthresen bediente war nicht sehr freundliche und reagierte leicht herablassend auf mein Anliegen.Auf meine weiteren Fragen machte er einen genervten Eindruck, den er nur schwer verbergen konnte. Ich glaube, er hatte etwas Mühe mit meinem schweizerdeutsch Akzent?Der selbe Eindruck hatte auch meine 17-jährige Tochter, die neben mir stand. Es war eine sehr unangenehme Unterhaltung.Die Behandlung in der Zahnklinik ist recht gut.

Over more than a decade, our entire family has received the excellent dental care provided by Dr Julie Kohler Grundman, so much so that the different family members travel from their respective countries to be treated by her. I, also, when based overseas, have returned to Geneva, just in order to be treated by her.She is efficient, compassionate (needed in my nervous case) and excellently manages the A to Z in dental care, not always the case elsewhere.I cannot recommend her enough.AW
