too expensive and gross toilets

I love this school. I honestly love going there every day and learning about various topics.

There is a serious lack of help for kids wanting to attend American universities. The counselors are so unhelpful that we had to pay an outside consultant based in the US who knows the universities and the system.In addition, some of the teachers do not have teaching degrees. They are just trailing spouses who happen to have a degree in a subject.I would not recommend ZIS. But there are no other options for kids wanting to take AP courses for American universities.

Delusional place that teaches no life skills to spoiled rich brats

Following hot on the heels of its sister school in Geneva - Ecolint - ZIS also scores terribly on administration and quality of staff. There are clearly people who are not qualified to be in the senior roles they occupy. The finance department was not helpful and when it came to reimbursing exam fees from the IB - via ZIS - it was a complete shambles and verging on fraudulent activity. The management and running of this school leaves a lot to be desired, particularly against a background of extortionate fees.

Its cool. I like being educated, and no shootings to date. Yay! Plus teachers are kool.

Had the most terrible experience during the AISZ days. Can only confirm what others wrote. Mr. Mott was the dean back in the day, the most incompetent and lazy man I ever met. Instead of punishing the many bullies, he kept inviting the bullied that stood up to themselves to his office (no school employees helped), and he was famous for raging, pointing fingers... I remember his spittle hitting my face from when he leaned forward on his desk. At times I was concerned for his health, because I never seen a person turn so red, and for what? When I am surrounded by 3 kids that physically attack me during break time, I have two options, flight or fight. Flight never helped, six months, nothing, so I chose fight. Instead of the three kids at the dean's office, it was me...I am shocked that man was dean until 2020.@ Mr. Mott, if you ever read this and you still live in the Zurich area and I see you, we will have something to discuss, I want some answers.
