Very professional hospital specialized for eye’s problems. I went there through the emergency department & they did all necessary to assist me & provided excellent care. Thanks to Dr. Magnin Simon who provided best medical care for my eye problems & help me through my situation. Dr. Simon really show’s professional service & he was very caring

Le personnel administratif à l’entrée était très agréable et très accueillant mais malheureusement je ne peux pas dire la même même chose pour certains médecins et orthopédistes en ophtalmologie Manque d’efficacité et surtout manque d’empathie envers les personnes âgées.C’est dommage.Et nous étions pas aux Urgences mais nous avons eu un rendez-vous à la Policlinique d’Ophtalmologie.

Je déconseille pour les petits enfants d aller en urgence la bas. Il faut attendre comme les adultes. La dernière fois j ai du attendre 2h pour mon enfant.

Need to change the description to 6:30AM to 8PM. If you arrive at midnight, well they'll give you some droplets for the eye and tell you to come back in the morning when the urgences ophtalmologiques" is open."

Had an appointment at 13:30..... It's 15:00 .... I'm still waiting So.... Make sure you bring books. It's now 15:26... There's no coffee, and it's hard to find anyone who cares about the long wait.Well.. It ended with as I am leaving the doctor saying that the drops in my eyes will affect my vision for the next 2 hours....At least say something before putting them in my eyes or ideally when scheduling the appointment.See a different opthalmologist if you have a choice.EDIT: Called the number below apparently there have been other similar complaints about Opthalmology

Junior staff only. Impossible to talk with senior doctors. Gone there 4 times...changed twice diagnosis and couldn't provide answers on recovery. Badly organised.
