Ich hatte letztens eine Magenspiegelung.Die Medizinische Praxisassistentinen und Herr Dr. Rossi waren sehr kompetent und freundlich. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

A completely positive experience! The staff is efficient, kind and empathetic, the doctor is confident and professional, and makes you feel very comfortable. Excellent and quick communication personally from the doctor, as well as from the lovely ladies at the desk. They checked on me, calling me one day before the colonoscopy to make sure I was ready and fine. They coordinated a test in the hospital to complete the colonoscopy- on the same day, and with almost immediate sharing of the results. I went to this practice twice and both times they knew who I was and why I was there before I even spoke. This is rare in my experience so far! My family doctor looks at me as if he’d never seen me before, every single time! And remembers no history. That is, alas I have to mention it, in a practice in Germany.Five stars to Dr. Rossi and his staff, with a big ‘thank you’.

Ich war bisher 2-mal bei Dr. Rossi und habe mich wohl gefühlt. Er erläutert die Details verständlich.

Beautiful, modern and central clinic; easy to reach with public transport. Dr. Rossi is really friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. He also explains all in a simple, comprehensive language, guides you through all the steps of the consultation and makes sure you are ok with it. I hope i do not need to be back (;)) but he is surely to recommend.

Professionelle und komptetente Betreuung, auf Wünsche und Befindlichkeiten wird eingegangen. Ich kann die Praxis von Hr. Dr. Rossi nur empfehlen.

Eine sehr schöne und gutgelegene Praxis. Die Praxis ist direkt in Basel und somit sehr gut erreichbar. Er selber ist sehr freundlich und macht zwischendurch auch mal einen lustigen Spruch oder ähnliches, was die Stimmung aufheitert.
