Terrible customer service. They do not assume their mistakes nor take any responsibilities for it. No answers to calls or emails. I don't recommend this insurance to anyone.

Vraiment satisfait de mon conseiller monsieur Di gorgio, très a l'écoute de mes besoins et vraiment très professionnel et juste pas comme la plupart de ces assureurs qu'il veulent vous vendre des produit qui ne servent strictement à rien et que vous n'aurais probablement jamais besoinEn tous cas je vais lui confié toutes mes assurancesBon dimanche et bon week-end

Personnel particulièrement malhonnête avec un service clientèle inexistant sauf pour vous vendre des assurances. Quand il y a un problème il vous renvoie à la hotline une honte , selon mon expérience ils sont á vomir. En conclusion du personnel payer à faire pas grand choses, je vous les déconseille fortement.
